AQUABASE+ SERIES CONCEPT
The entire range of AquaBase+ consist of water based pigment flexo and gravure inks. Next to that our entire product portfolio of inks, application varnishes, extenders and elemental auxiliaries is checked and balanced for optimal performance. As such AquaBase+ enables the water based flexo industry to work on a wide variety of substrates – from well absorbing corrugated to non-absorbing films – with a minimum of ingredients while creating constant high-quality and value-adding press performance.
AQUABASE+ enhancing your products through brilliant colour
The individual series have been developed to achieve optimum results in the specific product-market combinations and/or applications. All series are available as both concentrate quality for use with ink dispensing/mixing systems as well as a press-ready quality. Both quality-types are standard available in different colour concentrations and in formulations according to all modern colour matching systems.
The AquaBase+ inks are based on a transparent colour system and have a controlled rheology and excellent resolubility. Basic characteristics (e.g. rub and/or scratch resistances) as well as specific required characteristics depending on application are at or above industry standards. AquaBase+ inks are formulated with trouble-free-printing characteristics and can be used with a wide range of plates and are suitable for high speed production.
