Anilox Cleaner AQ-1950
Cleaning agent for water based flexo and gravure inks
This cleaner easily removes water based inks (dry & wet) in a fast and effective way from anilox rollers as well in-line/on-press as in separate anilox cleaning units (out-of-press). The surface-active ingredients of the AQ-1950 have an excellent ecological-profile and are easily biodegradable. Although not developed as such the AQ-1950 can also be used for daily cleaning (in-line/on-press or manually) of rollers, printing plates and other machine parts including ink tray and pumps. In such case, mixtures up to 1:10 will prove to be still effective depending on the pollution.
